Welcoming Anders Bøegh: A New Chapter for StudentPulse
At StudentPulse, we believe change isn’t just inevitable—it’s an opportunity to grow, evolve, and move closer to our mission. Today, we’re embracing that philosophy as Anders Bøegh steps into the role of CEO, taking over the reins from Gorm Eriksen, whose visionary leadership has been the heartbeat of StudentPulse from the early days.
This leadership shift isn’t just a baton pass—it’s a testament to how self-awareness and adaptability drive both personal and organizational growth.
Every founder reaches a moment of reflection—a chance to ask, What do I truly thrive at? For Gorm, this journey was guided by a leadership development program, leading to a pivotal realization:
I thrive on creating solutions for clients, working closely with teams, and leading from the front. Scaling a business, however, requires a different approach—one that relies heavily on empowering others and building scalable systems. I’ve realized my strengths shine in the start-up phase, and scaling demands a different leadership style.
Gorm’s decision to step back as CEO wasn’t an exit—it was a step toward doubling down on what he does best. He’ll continue crafting creative solutions, engaging with clients, and fueling product growth—all the things that sparked the magic of StudentPulse in the first place.
And as for the new chapter? Gorm couldn’t be more confident:
Scaling a company requires a different approach than building one from scratch. That’s why I’m thrilled Anders is stepping in to lead StudentPulse through this exciting new chapter. His proven track record in scaling and operational excellence will position us for incredible success.
Anders has spent over a decade at our sister company, CompanYoung, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation, ultimately serving as COO. His deep understanding of how to build and scale impactful solutions makes him well-suited to guide StudentPulse into the future. Reflecting on his journey, Anders shared:
Four years ago, we noted an idea on a whiteboard in a meeting room - it was a bold vision to improve student well-being and create actionable feedback for schools. Today, that idea has grown into its own company - StudentPulse. An innovative solution that makes a difference for thousands of students all over the world every day. And while I have followed StudentPulses journey from the sideline in CompanYoung, It is a humbling experience to join the team and actively work on making a positive impact for so many students on a global scale.
Anders is bringing that same passion and expertise to StudentPulse. His focus? Expanding the platform’s reach, strengthening the connection between actionable insights and well-being support, and empowering the team to innovate and scale like never before.
His vision is ambitious, and exactly what StudentPulse needs to thrive:
My goal is to establish StudentPulse as a global leader in empowering students to achieve personal well-being and learning success. By creating tools that offer both meaningful insights and real-world support, we can help students and educators thrive.
As we welcome Anders to the helm, we’re grateful for the foundation Gorm has built—a platform rooted in empathy, innovation, and impact. Now, with Anders’ leadership, we’re ready to scale those values to new heights, making a difference for students, educators, and institutions worldwide.
The journey ahead is full of possibility, and we couldn’t be more excited. Follow along as we continue to transform how student well-being and learning success are supported. Together, we’re building something extraordinary. 🚀
