Your students are your customers. When did you last hear from them?

Most organisations that depend on customers know exactly how those customers feel. They measure it regularly, act on it quickly, and treat customer feedback as a leading indicator rather than an annual formality. Students are not customers in the commercial sense. But they are the people whose experience defines whether an institution is doing its job. And most institutions hear from them too rarely, and act on what they hear too slowly, to make a real difference.
